General questions
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the scope. A business website goes live sooner than an online store. The timeline is written into the roadmap we send after the intro call, and getting your text and images to us on time keeps it on track.
How is pricing decided?
We don’t sell ready-made packages. Pricing depends on the number of pages, whether you need e-commerce or custom features, and the scope of SEO work. After the intro call, we send a proposal that spells out what you need and what it costs.
I already have a website. Do I need to start over?
Not always. First we look at your current site’s speed, mobile experience and Google visibility. If improving it is enough, we’ll tell you. If it needs rebuilding, we’ll explain why.
When will I see SEO results?
Once the technical foundations are fixed, the first improvements usually start to show within a few weeks. Reaching the top for competitive searches takes steady work over several months. You follow the progress through regular reports.
How do we work without meeting in person?
We hold the intro call and check-ins over video, and handle day-to-day communication on WhatsApp and email. At every stage we show you the design and the progress, and ask for your approval.
What happens after the site goes live?
We run the first checks as soon as your site is live. For updates, security and performance monitoring, we offer maintenance and support. If SEO work continues, we keep working on growing your visibility.
Business website
Who prepares the text and images?
You know your business best, so we gather the information from you. We help shape the copy so it works for both readers and search engines, and we plan your image needs together at the intro call.
Can I update the site myself later?
We set it up around your needs. If some sections will change often, we plan them so you can edit them yourself. If you prefer, we handle updates as part of maintenance and support.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. Your domain belongs to you and stays that way. We take care of the move and the redirects, and send visitors from your old addresses to the new pages.
E-commerce
Which e-commerce platform do you use?
We’re not tied to a single platform. After the intro call, we recommend the best fit for your product range, payment needs and growth plans, and explain why.
Who sets up the payment provider account?
The application is made in your business’s name, and we guide you through the documents and steps. Once it’s approved, we complete the integration.
Who uploads the products?
For the initial setup, we plan your products with you. We can upload them ourselves or show your team how to do it.
SEO
Do you guarantee the top spot on Google?
No, and nobody can honestly guarantee it. Google decides the rankings. We build the right foundations, strengthen your content and report the results transparently.
Can you do SEO on a site you didn’t build?
Yes. We review your current site first. If its foundations support SEO work, we build on them. If there are serious blockers, we spell them out along with the ways to fix them.
What’s the difference between SEO and ads?
With ads, your visibility stops when you stop paying. Visibility from SEO comes more slowly, but it lasts. Depending on your needs, the two can be planned together.
Maintenance and support
Do you maintain sites built by another company?
Yes. We first review the site’s setup and current state. If we find it maintainable, we take it over. If there are serious problems, we tell you plainly.
What does maintenance cover?
The scope depends on your site and your needs. Updates, backups, security monitoring and content changes are the core. After the intro call, we send you the scope in writing.
