Privacy notice
This notice explains how we handle the personal data collected through the intro call form on this website. It is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data we process
Your full name, your business name, your phone number, your email address and current website (if you give them), and the services you’re interested in. To understand which channel a request came from, the form also sends the first page you visited on the site, the site that referred you and, if you arrived through an ad link, the campaign details (UTM parameters and ad click ID). This information isn’t stored in a cookie but in a temporary record that is deleted when you close the browser tab. For the cookies and analytics tools used on the site, see our cookie policy.

Legal basis and how we collect it
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in and submit the form. It is processed under Article 5/2-c of the Law (necessary for entering into a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Sharing
We don’t sell your data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes. To deliver the form, we use the infrastructure of our hosting and email service providers.
How long we keep it
Once your request is concluded, your data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Newsletter subscription
When you subscribe through the form on the blog or at the bottom of a page, we only receive your email address, the date you subscribed and the page you subscribed from. We process this to send you new articles and announcements, based on the explicit consent you give by ticking the box (Article 5/1 of the Law and Law No. 6563), and it is stored on our hosting provider’s server. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails or by writing to [email protected]. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the list.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object. You can send your requests to [email protected].
